(2).Intervention in late period of pregnancy

One foundation mainly introduced the situation of mothers in the third trimester and the countermeasures.

There are a large number of mothers in the third trimester, and during the outbreak period, hospitals in Wuhan temporarily don’t provide birth inspection, buttravel difficulties, infection risks and psychological pressure of pregnant mothers.

In respons to this situation, one foundation, in combination with Wuhan"Dolphin team", is dedicated to pregnant mothers, including vehiclepick-up and Wechat group services.

Modoo provides equipment to detect fetal heart rate data for mothers in the third trimester, and establishes the relationship between doctors and pregnant women,so that doctors can provide pregnant examination suggestions for mothers in the third trimester in time.

As for the transportation of equipment, due to the logistics restrictions during the epidemic,one foundation recruited volunteers on the network, sent them to the equipment with the help of volunteers from all over the country, and taught some mothers in the third trimester to use the equipment first, then the mothers in the third trimester who obtained the trial qualification popularized the use method of "initiation" for other mothers in the third trimester.

In response to the difficulties in the recruitment of volunteers in the epidemic area, such as slow progress in logistics, etc., one foundation has adopted priority distribution for the elderly and high risk pregnant women.More than1300 "Modoo" devices have been distributed so far. And such a small device helps many mothers to give birth smoothly, and mother and child are safe.

(3).Assistance for people with mental disorders

In addition, one foundation also carried out relief activities for people with mental disorders in the epidemic area. People with mental disorders need tocarry out daily related training, which is hindered by the epidemic; because the communities are closed during the epidemic, people with mental disorders are under pressure because of the impact of the epidemic on their family members. In response to the needs of this special group, the Volunteer Service Association carried out relevant rescue in three aspects:

1. Provide online related training and courses for people with mental disorders; 2. Provide online help channels for psychological counseling; 3. Collect material needs and provide assistance and care by the community.

2. Zhang Meilan:help for people with mental disorders

People with mental disorders need daily training, which is hampered by the epidemic.People with mental disorders are stressed by the impact of the epidemic ontheir family members. 3. Li Zhen(taking the migrant workers' anti epidemic rescue service by as an example) the four in one online service strategy for migrant children under the epidemic situation.

(1)Overview: the Beijing Social Work Development Center for collaborators was established in the SARS period in 2003.One group provides services. During the epidemic, through the investigation, interview and report of migrant workers' family status, we can provide guidance for the epidemic. Founded in the SARS epidemic period in 2003, Beijing Social Work Development Center for collaborators, adhering to the concept of "unity and cooperation, helpingpeople and self-help", mainly provides services for migrant workers.During the epidemic period, through the investigation, interview and report of migrant workers' families, we can provide guidance for the fight against the epidemic.

Many migrant workers (especially the farmer family which in dilemma) has been faced with the following difficulties during the outbreak of the new crown epidemic:

(1).The information obtained by migrant workers and their children is fragmented and one-sided, which is not conducive to the epidemic prevention work of migrant workers and their children;

(2).Life is monotonous and boring and family relationship is tense;

(3).The general cultural level of migrant workers is limited, it is difficult toguide their children to learn, which makes the latter learning suffer negativeimpact;

(4).Migrant workers in difficulties are unable to go out to work and stay at home for a long time. The social support system has been hit and it is difficult toget the social support that they should have.

2.Problems: there are many problems, such as the knowledge fragmentation, difficulities in distinguishing information,few learning resources and fewexternal connections. Collaborators have set service goals around these difficulties.

3. Action:through interviews with migrant workers in difficulties, the collaborator center established a rescue and support group.Migrant workers carry out the following help measures:

1.The collaborators carried out the project of "small epidemic prevention journalists" to provide online guidance to migrant workers' children during the epidemic, and improved their awareness of protection through this form;

2.Combining offline activities, distribute task list, such as "one praiseevery day", "one labor every day", "one study everyday", etc. to close the relationship between parents and children. The organization of community service enables families to interact and learn fromeach other.

3.Convene university student volunteers to provide online teaching for migrant workers'   children,

4.Get help from some companies for the life of migrant children, such as LEGO company providing toys to enrich the life of migrant children; Suning providing milk powder for poor migrant families, etc.

(4)Results:

Case sof migrant workers' families assisted by collaborators launched special newspapers in Caixin magazine, Southern Weekly and other media and the launch special report, make the whole society focus on the plight of migrant workers.

(4)Demand collection: in the service process, because most of the elderly are not familiar with smart phones, many of the demands are collected through telephone interviews, and some of the demands are collected through the network.
